Presidential Authority and Our Constitution

President Trump has often made a claim like this one: "then I have an Article II, that permits me to do whatever I want as President, BUT I don't even talk about that." Prof. Strauss talked about that claim, attaching its problems to a trend beginning long before the current president took office. Strauss' talk was even more relevant than when it was first scheduled, when impeachment proceedings were not yet in sight!
