Mixed-level class for EPIC members, geared for beginners to intermediate yogis. Breathing techniques, basic yoga poses concentrating on alignment, balance and flexibility. Wear clothing that is comfortable for moving, either loose or stretchy. Bring a small towel and a yoga mat if you have one. If not, a mat will be provided. If you have them, you can also bring blocks, a strap and a yoga blanket. First class is free, then sign up for the next three at $10 per class.
