One-hour Mixed Level Classes Designed for Beginner to Intermediate Yogis.
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Breathing techniques and basic yoga poses, concentrating on alignment, balance, and flexibility. Experienced yogis move more deeply into poses. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Mats are also available.
11:15 AM - 12:15 PM, Gentle/chair yoga, ideal for those with more limited mobility or flexibility. Classes include breathing, stretching, and yoga poses, done either seated in a chair or standing. Yoga mats are not needed. Open to EPIC Members and their Guests.
